We will miss you, Dad! xxx
The following poem, which I love, was given to me many years ago by my mother, who spent much of her early life in China and the Far East:
TSUI CHI
Tired of the long distress,
he rose and went away,
leaving his earthliness
alone in its decay.
Crumpled and limp it lay,
the frail apparel shed
for joy of a new day,
left tumbled on the bed
as though the risen one,
freed from his drear night,
with a child’s glee had run
naked into the light.
